AllWorldChat internal emails, profile information and images are not monitored by AllWorldChat and will remain private unless notification or suspicion of illegal activity or breach of Terms of Use, in which case AllWorldChat will conduct an investigation.

AllWorldChat will keep all members personal information private in administration and will not release this information to any third party other than to the appropriate authorities if required for investigation. AllWorldChat may at its discretion provide information concerning members to other members - who in the opinion of AllWorldChat are pursuing legitimate legal action.
