AllWorldChat reserves the right to ban any member and delete any account at anytime for any reason.

AllWorldChat refund policy - If the membership has been used the right to a refund is forfeited. However if the membership has not been used (for technical reasons, change of mind etc) within 7 days, refunds will be given at the discretion of AllWorldChat Management.

If a member is banned with time left on their account no refund will be made.

AllWorldChat reserves the right to remove any message board thread or post at any time for any reason.

AllWorldChat reserves the right to amend any profile at any time, to ensure the profile is within AllWorldChat Terms of Use (if this is done, notification of the amendment will be made to the members AllWorldChat email).

You are legally responsible for all data you present in your profile (including images) and in message boards, emails, chat etc. AllWorldChat does not monitor all use and you accept sole responsibility for your actions under the law of your residence and should observe laws that cover such things as copyright, defamation, libel and censorship.

You agree to release AllWorldChat from any claims you may have against AllWorldChat for any negative consequence of your participation in AllWorldChat web site.

You agree to provide AllWorldChat administration your real name and address at anytime should it be asked of you.

You may not register with, or join AllWorldChat, if you already have a membership with AllWorldChat. Multiple profiles are not allowed and if detected all accounts will be removed and the offending member banned.

You may not join AllWorldChat if you have ever been convicted of a sexual offence.

You may not join AllWorldChat if you have been previously banned from AllWorldChat.

Any commercial activity is restricted to the classified message board and is allowed by private individuals only and not by companies. AllWorldChat shall in no way be liable for any claim resulting from negative consequence arising from the classifieds message board (or any other function of the site).

AllWorldChat allows reference to www.ebay.com if members have "Ebay" accounts.

You agree that you enter into any agreement at your own risk and that AllWorldChat will not be a party to any disputes between members.

If any of these terms of use are broken, members may receive warning or immediate ban and account removal. Any illegal activity identified will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

You agree to pay a penalty of $2000 on request per instance of commercial activity outside of the approved classifieds message board section.

Your login name may not contain expletive language.

Your profile caption may not contain expletive language.

You may not log in as, or impersonate another member.

You are not to place in your profile, phone numbers or addresses or email addresses.

You may not post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, libelous or offensive material.

You may not post or transmit sexually explicate photos.

You may not post or transmit junk mail, bulk mass mailings, chain letters or spam.

The discussion of any competing service to AllWorldChat is not allowed on the AllWorldChat web site.

Abusive or threatening messages, chat, or email may result in an immediate ban and account removal. Complaints regarding any unsolicited harassment such as stalking may also result in immediate ban and account removal.

You may not discuss on message boards or interact with any member that you have on your blocked list. If you have used the block function it is accepted that you wish no contact with the blocked member.

If your contact to any member has been blocked you must accept that this person chooses no contact or communication with or from you and you must not post to or about them in any thread.

You may not block any moderator (Moderators are signaled by an M next to their login and can be easily found by running a search with the user name search criteria "mod"). If you have a complaint against a moderator please contact AllWorldChat Management directly or question another moderator.

If you have any site function or member issue, you may discuss with a moderator (Moderators are signaled by an M next to their login and can be easily found by running a search with the user name search criteria "mod") and they may relay your issue to AllWorldChat management.

Moderators are voluntary helper positions and are not employees of AllWorldChat.

Starting threads relating to personal promotion of your profile is not allowed on AllWorldChat message boards (including classifieds).

Any form of message spamming in the message boards or any other message feature such as email, is not allowed and may result in a ban and immediate account removal.

You are not to post any identifying information such as surnames, phone numbers, addresses or email addresses of other members or your self in any message board (including classified) or chat room or profile. Exchange of personal information is restricted to emails only. (See also safety tips).

You are not to give other member's personal information to any other person with out that persons prior consent – and then only through AllWorldChat email while on the AllWorldChat site.

AllWorldChat will keep all members personal information private in administration and will not release this information to any third party other than to the appropriate authorities if required for investigation. AllWorldChat may at its discretion provide information concerning members to other members - who in the opinion of AllWorldChat are pursuing legitimate legal action.

AllWorldChat shall in no way whatsoever be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages or claims arising from your use of the service, or the inability to access the service.

AllWorldChat shall in no way whatsoever be liable for the conduct or use of the service by third parties.

AllWorldChat shall in no way whatsoever be liable for the cost of procuring substitute goods or services provided by AllWorldChat.

Your use of AllWorldChat is at your sole risk. AllWorldChat does not guarantee that: 1. The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, or 2. The quality of the products or services obtained through AllWorldChat will be to your satisfaction.

You agree to indemnify AllWorldChat against all claims or losses incurred by AllWorldChat arising from your use of the service.
